My mortgage specialist Crystal was great. She alerted me to a problem that could have ruined my credit score, and walked me through fixing it step by step. The entire process was a series of phone calls, one house visit, dozen or so emails and it was done at a competitive price very quickly. 2 other mortgage companies made their initial call after we were already taken care of. Lawyer came to the house, one pleasant visit, one week later we were closed. Simple, fast, efficient, knowledgable.

We were extremely pleased with our Quicken Loan experience. Our loan officer, Tianna Walker, was very prompt in answering our email or phone questions, and followed through on every issue we presented. She even accepted calls on the weekend! We closed earlier than expected, and got a terrific rate.

This was the 2nd time I have worked with Dave. The 1st time my wife and I were in West Va. on vacation visiting her family and actually closed the loan at her parents home. The closing agent turned out to be an old next door neighbor who’s brother was my wife’s first boyfriend (sixth grade). This most recent refi happened while my wife was again back in W.VA. and we had numerous hurdles through e-mails and faxes to overcome to complete a timely closing and Dave and his team were very helpful in helping us bridge the 2700 mile gap.
p.s. As a result my wife was able to spend some time reminiscing about days gone by with
freinds from her childhood after reconnecting with the brother of our first closing
agent. Small world, ain’t it!!

Our loan closed with Quicken loans in about 20 days. We particularly liked how we were able to track the progress through the internet, step by step. In addition, our loan officer Ryan Shaw, did everything he could to keep the process on track. We are very happy with how everything went and the end result is that we closed our loan on time and at the rate we wanted.

Good service and communication. My only concern was the finance rates coming down after we closed.
