After shopping around for low interest rates I was pleased with the competitive rates Quicken was able to offer and my loan options were clearly presented to me by Rob Snyder. Even when our house appraisal came back much less favorable then I was expecting Quicken was able to keep the same low rate they promised and keep my monthly payments at the same level as promised, by using lender-paid PMI. (Getting rid of PMI was one of my goals in refinancing.) The small increase in closing costs was a small price to pay to have the peace of mind of a low fixed rate and affordable monthly payments. This was my second time using Quicken and I would definitely return to them in the future.

I was very impressed with the quick return calls I had with any questions and also the update on how the loan process was coming. I got the Interest rate I have every experieced in the 19 years that I have been a homeowner. Carson Kelly worked with me and he was always getting back to me wih answers on questions concerning the monies available to me for paying off a credit card balance. They do live up to their name, it was quick and easy, the fastest loan company I had worked with. Thank you for your great customer service!

We had a pleasant experience with Quiken Loans staff. We started with Tyler Marsh helping us get our credit score up. He did a wonderful job and was enjoyable to work with. Tyler brought in Michael Telekesy to show us every step of the way. He set us up with a realestate agent in our area. We found the house that we wanted and Michael, the realestate agent and the loan company all worked very well together. The closing was held up a little but it was of no fault of Quicken Loans. They did everything to make things good for us.
The only thing that was a little negitive was the rebates that we were promised. We got them but I had to contact several people before that happened. Just make sure that you as a consumer keep all emails, so if needed you can show what you were promised and then Quicken Loans will make it good.

This was an excellent process. Our banker with Quicken was Michael Telesy. He was great. Yes, he was anxious and enthusiatic to close the deal, but he was patient with my questions and provided thorough answers. The whole process was smooth, if not slick. No surprises at closing, and all the documents were provided in plenty of time to review. The terms of the loan were as Mr. Telesy said they would be. Closing was arranged at our home on a saturday at our convenience. The notary that Quicken employed for closing was excellent. I don\’t rememeber his name, but he was patient and did not hurry through the signing process at all. Refinancing was an easy procedure with Quicken that saved us money. I highly recommend.

process was smooth and follow up consistent until day before closing in which I was asked for a copy of my most bank recent checking acct statement which I think should have been asked for by underwriting when submitting my inital documents, especially since I was decreasing the loan amount down to $234k (which was originally requested) from $236K (not sure where that came from)

Your Sr Mortgage Broker, Enrique Leon, was a total professional throughout the refinance process we conducted with Quicken Loans. He and the supporting team ensured that I was both clear and satisfied with all steps of the finance program. When I was confused by the “internet” automatic transaction and information sent by Quicken, Enrique and his team acknowledged the inconsistencies with the closing terms and assured me that our agreements were being upheld by Quicken. When I received the final numbers and the preliminary closing papers, the Quicken team did a great job of follow up and resolution of the (minor) issues. Overall, the process was expedient, and the title rep sent by Quicken was an outstanding person… not expected but greatly appreciated. Overall, would do business with Quicken again, would definitely do business with Enrique Leon again.

Being a first time home buyer, especially in this market, I was nervous and a bit intimidated by all the choices and decisions that faced me. I originally contacted Michael Telekesy of Quicken Loans a year ago when I first entered the market for a house and a mortgage. Michael and his entire team were beyond helpful. My experience with Michael Telekesy and with Quicken Loans could not have been better. In the middle of the house shopping process I switched Real Estate agents and allowed myself to be talked into going with a different Mortgage Bankerâ€¦ long story shortâ€¦ 10 days before my scheduled closing on a house that took almost a year to find, the other mortgage bank backed out of the deal. Panicked, I phoned Michael; even after I had not talked with him in several monthsâ€¦ he acted as if we had been working together the entire time. He and his team at Quicken Loans were able to get my mortgage together in just under 3 weeks. They worked fast and professional to make my dream of being a home owner for the first time come true. I couldnâ€™t be happier with my experience and would recommend Michael and Quicken Loans to ANYONE in the market for a home loan!!! GO Michael!! Go Quicken Loans!!
