Quicken Loans has excellent customer service

Why do we keep going back to QuickenLoans? This was the third time my husband and I have refinanced. All we had to do was supply some information and QuickenLoans did all the rest. We liked how we could check the status of our loan on line 24/7 and we closed within 2 weeks. Plus, QuickenLoans has excellent customer service. They are always available to answer our question. Thanks to everyone for making this so easy!

I would like to commend Dan McCarthy and the entire loan team on thier availability and knowledge of the loan process. Dan was extreamly helpful in every phase of the process and was alway quick to answer any and all questions regarding my loan. His attention to detail, no doubt, had a huge impact on the smoothness of the loan process and my overall personal satisfaction with Quicken Loans. Dan even made an impact on the closing attorney who commented on his availability during the closing to answer any questions that may arise during the process. It’s no surprise why you get such high customer reviews.Twenty-one days from the day I committed to refinance my loan to actually closing on the new loan is impressive. The actual closing and document signing only took 27 minutes.

Quicken Loans – Best Refi Process I Have Ever Done.

My first contact with Quicken loans was with Jared Plonski. Right from the start I felt as if I had made the right choice. Jared answered all my questions with clear and concise detail. I tried to deal with the bank that held my note but they never called me back. I then tried a local company and they couldn’t give me a straight answer without me filling out several forms. Jared was able to give me interest rate choices, closing cost choices and loan types within the first 10 minutes of my phone call. Through out the entire process I was kept informed and updated. I never had to leave my house except to mail a UPS envelope. Everything was done through the internet up to closing and then I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Donna Nelson, who came to my home so I could sign all my forms.I was also in contact with Stephanie Summer who worked closely with me to make sure the process was handled in a timely fashion. The best part about working with Jared, Stephanie and Donna was that they were professionals that knew what they were doing and had the authority to get things done without having to pass the buck off to someone else. The whole process was quick, efficient and understandable. I like dealing with people that take pride in their job and want to get things done right.
