This was the easiest loan process I’ve ever had, and I’ve been through several. My guy at Quicken was extremely accommodating, as we actually switched a few things back and forth in my favor each time. This was the first time it felt like someone was helping me get the best thing for me, instead of trying to sell me what they wanted me to get. Email responses were rapid, I was never out of contact and never felt like I was annoying them with all my questions.

Starting from the first telephone call with my banker Mr Brandon Dobos. Mr Dobos started by giving me Hope, explaining the requirement process and immediately getting the necessary information to begin. The Faith in Mr Dobos expertise came in his confidence that we can get this refinance done for You. By all means, Honesty with Brandon Dobos, with himself and executive team players were always present. Mr Dobos and his executive team were right on time with return phone calls, emails through the entire process of my loan. I never felt that I was put aside while working with Quicken Loan executives.

When Mr Dobos was on leave, he called before leaving to give me his Executive’s name Mr Andrew Miller’s information and this was a great thought that kept the process moving smoothly, Mr Miller was excellent with all His expertise as well, Wow, What a Great Team effort!

When the day arrived for the signing of my Quicken Loan Mr Dobos and the team members ensured step by step process with emails and calls to keep in touch all the way to completion. I felt very comfortable with the lady attorney coming to my home to finalize my loan.

My Quicken Loan American Dream with Hope, Faith and Honest all the way came true for me.

From start to finish, everything went smoothly, all my questions were answered when asked. Everything was done for me with no interruption to my daily routine. It was a major task for me, and I was made to feel comfortable and assured throughout the process. It worked out better than I imagined and I’m very pleased with the results!

This is my third refinance, due to a huge remodeling project for the past four years. The process for this loan was the most smoothest, comfortable, secured experience I have ever been through. Everything was done online which at first I was very uneasy with. The papers to sign and emailing, faxing all done with out seeing my representative was a first. I realized nothing could go wrong for me because I will sign the final papers with an attorney. This was a fantastic way of doing business because we are so busy with our lives. I am very pleased. On a marketing note, I took three weeks to call Quicken Loans, my representative Sam Albulhassan, because of the name “Quicken Loans”. In this huge world of internet crimes, I felt uneasy of the name, everything on line, etc. I would definitely rename that part of your company to something the homeowner feels safe with. There is nothing “Quick” about redoing your mortgage and adding about $500 month to your payment. But other than that I would recommend and have, to my friends and family, but their eyes crunch when I say “Quicken Loans”, I saw your add on CNN and was the reason I even called.

I was able to close my loan in just under 30 days on a short sale home. My mortgage banker was very helpful and informative. My original contact Racquel, made the whole process exciting and easy. The only drawback to the process is being passed from my original banker, to another person. Buying a home is difficult and confusing the first time. The person I dealt with after Racquel seemed to frustrate me more than make me feel comfortable with the process.

When all was said and done I liked the outcome of our loan. In the middle of the process it got a little stressful meaning numbers were off and we very close to not going through with the process. However with Enrico and his teams hardwork we came to a place where we were comfortable and we closed. The process was very easy and we would recommend it!

Mr Jay Sloane was good and comfortable to deal with. There is only one thing that I am confused about. I was told that the prepaid $500.00 will be adjusted at closing, but I did not see it there.

We were a little worried doing an online refinance. Reading some of the reviews didn’t really help, but after talking to Justin we felt comfortable in his knowledge of the products we were looking for. He and Dawn seemed to be right on top of everything. They kept us informed all the way through and never failed to return a phone call if we had a question. We have already recommended them to a friend of ours. We are totally satisfied with our decision to use quicken loans and would definitely use them again if the need arises.
