My husband and I were extremely impressed with the ease of the whole refinancing process. Everyone we dealt with, especially Jennifer and Scott were knowledgeable about everystep that needed to be taken that it made everything that we had to do, seamless. We, like everyone else are busy, so to have Quicken come to our home to sign papers was incredible. The first time we have had a loan company that put the customer first in convenience. We have already recommended someone to Quicken Loans.

From the start to closing, it went very smoothly. There was always immediate follow up. Questions were answered immediately and accurately. I was very impressed. Closing was at our place of convenience. I could always talk to someone and not be placed on hold. I would recommend it to anyone.
