Loan brokers used their experience to help us qualify for an economical refinance that lowered our monthly payments by a considerable amount. Closing was quick, convenient and done at our house instead of a banker’s or title company office on a weekend so it did not intrude on our work.

It was VERY confusing with the number of different people/organizations I had to deal with. Each one didn’t know about the other and I didn’t know who was doing what. You should tell the applicant who to expect to be contacting them, when and why.
Doing the application process over the internet was great and fast.
