Quicken Loans has excellent customer service

Why do we keep going back to QuickenLoans? This was the third time my husband and I have refinanced. All we had to do was supply some information and QuickenLoans did all the rest. We liked how we could check the status of our loan on line 24/7 and we closed within 2 weeks. Plus, QuickenLoans has excellent customer service. They are always available to answer our question. Thanks to everyone for making this so easy!

I don’t think I have ever had a refi (or mortgage for that matter) go this smoothly and quickly. What an amazing process. Andy and the staff were responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and simply wonderful. Thank you! You made my life so easy with this!

Best experience ever. Tom Bitell was so helpful during the process. Everyone was very professional which is important to me. Would use Quicken Loans again and will refer my family and friends when a occasion rises. Thank you for the” QUICK” iest loan process ever

Nate @ extension 31089 was very helpful. After explaining my goals, He crunched my numbers and stated i needed to stay where im at. Other mortgage companies crunched my numbers and wanted me to add my car loan to make the numbers work for “THEM”! Even though i did not refi, I will recommend Quicken Loans to friends and family. Please see Nate receives recognition from management because it was a breath of fresh air dealing with him!

Melissa Heikkinen did an amazing job helping me close this loan! It was long, tedious and difficult job. She truly went the “extra” mile. She is personble, dedicated and honest. If it had not been for all she did I wouldn’t have been able to proceed to closing. You at Quicken are very fortunate to have her on your team. THANKS TO MELISSA!

MY JOURNEY BEGAN IN MARCH FINDING A LENDER FOR A CONDO IN PANAMA CITY BEACH, FL. I THOUGHT SURELY WITH GOOD CREDIT SCORES AND LOW DEBT RATIOS IT WOULD BE A CINCH TO FIND ONE. UNFORTUNATELY, THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. AFTER THE BUBBLE BURST, PCB PUT OUT THE “CLOSED” SIGN TO NEW PURCHASES AND WAS NOT OFFERING CONVENTIONAL LOANS. SO I CALLED BANK OF AMERICA WHOM I HAD BEEN A CUSTOMER WITH FOR 20 YEARS AND TO MY SURPRISE THEY SAID “NO.” BANKS WERE SCARED TO LEND ON PROPERTIES, ESPECIALLY CONDOS. WHAT TO DO? I BEGAN TO SURF THE WEB, I COMPARED LENDERS ON GOOGLE COMPARISONS AND CALLED EVERY LENDER ON THE LIST. I WASN’T GOING TO CALL QUICKEN LOANS BECAUSE THE “NAME”, WELL SOUNDS KIND OF CHEESY. BUT I WAS GETTING DESPERATE, NO ONE WOULD BUDGE. I HAD THE DOWN PAYMENT, THE GOOD CREDIT, EVERYTHING, BUT WITH THE NEW REGULATIONS ON LENDING, I COULDN’T GET A LOAN. SO I CALLED QUICKEN LOANS AND I SPOKE TO DOUG BLODICK, WE SPOKE FOR ABOUT AN HOUR AND HE TOLD ME MAYBE HE COULD HELP. FINALLY, THERE WAS HOPE. I GOT PRE-APPROVED AND FOUND A CONDO I WANTED TO PURCHASE AND SO IT BEGAN. I GOT THE OFFER ON A CONDO ON THE 22ND OF JUNE. PAPERWORK BEGAN TO FLY BETWEEN DOUG AND I IMMEDIATELY FOR THE LOAN. DOUG IS AWESOME, I WAS BLESSED HE ANSWERED THE PHONE THAT DAY. THE WEB SITE ROCKS, IT’S EASY AND YOU SEE EVERYTHING GOING ON. MY NEXT TEAM MEMBER TO HELP WAS SARAH LAMBERT, SHE WORKED JUST HAS HARD AND KEPT ME UPDATED, EVEN CALLED ME ON WEEKENDS AND THE 4TH OF JULY HOLIDAY, OR E-MAIL IF I HAD A QUESTION, WOW! I WAS IMPRESSED, I NEVER HAD EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THAT BEFORE, NEVER FROM A LENDER OR BANK. ANYWAY, THE LOAN PROCESS WAS AS SMOOTH AS BUTTER SLIDING ACROSS A HOT PLATE. AND ON JULY 22ND, ONE MONTH TO THE DAY OF GETTING THE OFFER, I WAS CLOSING ON MY DREAM OF OWNING MY CONDO IN PANAMA CITY BEACH, AND IT’S BEAUTIFUL!! THANKS QUICKEN LOANS. YOUR TRULY ENGINEERED TO “AMAZE”. I TOLD MY REALTOR TO TELL HER CLIENTS HAVING THE SAME DILEMMA I WAS HAVING TO CALL QUICKEN LOANS AN SEE WHAT THE CAN DO FOR THEM. luvUguys.
