It was VERY confusing with the number of different people/organizations I had to deal with. Each one didn’t know about the other and I didn’t know who was doing what. You should tell the applicant who to expect to be contacting them, when and why.
Doing the application process over the internet was great and fast.

Jared Plonski offered me a good enough loan. This isn’t bad. I was shopping around and frustrated with all the back and forth between brokers. My credit union’s loan wasn’t all that exciting. t would have been just about what Jared offered.

I had done enough research to know that I could do better than what Quicken offered. If I enjoyed shopping, I’m sure I could have gotten a slightly better rate, but I don’t enjoy shopping. It was going to be more work for me to save, perhaps, .2 % and maybe no points. Thus, Jared’s offer was good enough. I could complete the process with nearly zero hassle.

I now have a loan I can afford, with a rate is OK ; it is 1.25% less than I had on my 30% fix-rate. Compared to my last refi, this was freakishly easy and pleasant. If you don’t like interacting with people, even though I don’t mind them, this is the best way. The only human interaction is with the Notary.

Within the month, they had resold my mortgage, as he said they would. It is at Chase, who, actually wouldn’t have given me as good deal as that offered by Quicken.

I did a refi with Quicken Loans last year – this was the easiest and fastest refi I had ever done! I worked with Duane Ehler who was always available to answer any questions I had at any time of day. We completed this in 30 days. It was a pleasure working with him; always professional and knowledgeable and we still stay in touch!

Would recommend, and have recommended, Quicken Loans to many people!
