This is a compliment… Even though I chose not to do business with Quicken Loans, I was so impressed with your process and in particular Al Hudson. He did an GREAT job in answering all my questions and has the highest level of integrity. Really appreciate all he did to talk me through the process.

Great representatives, these days people are appherhensive on mortgage companies, but my experience with Quicken loans was very good. Friendly and knowledgeable representatives made my process seem like a cake walk. Thanks for everything.

My neighbor found your website when I was already talking with another company. The one thing that made me change was Rick Diaz. He never seemed to be out done with me even when he should have.At first I told him that I was busy painting my bedroom and preparing for a picnic which was true. He acted very patient like everyone says that. I have been in sales and know how difficult the public can be. Rick was a real trooper and I would recommend him to anyone. In fact my son is an FBI agent in Denver and will be needing to refinced his house and I will tell him about Rick. The only complaint I have about Rick is he could have come down here and filled out my application on this computer.

Have worked on 2 mortgage loans with Quicken satisfactorily. Re. thismortgage; a rate was quoted and offered up front(on the phone), However, anadditional cost to ‘obtain’ the rate was NOT preseted until the paperworkwas produced. Not ethical or professional to charge this fee because therate was offered 1st without a fee. Discussed with Dominic re. the “costto get this rate” fee. It involves the Borrowers Money thus the concernover this fee suddenly appearing AFTER already being told the rate wasours.

Yes, your representative did not tell the truth on day one (Chris Karreem) when I advised my husband was deceased. Had I been advised correctly, I would still have the $500 I shelled out to Quicken Loans. It was a disappointing experience and I closed with Frost Bank, who advised eveything upfront and never asked for more than what they had advised me on day one!! Go back and listen to the first recorded conversations I had with Chris. E. Bucher

However, the 500 dollars is good faith deposit which covers 3rd party costs, such as your appraisal, credit report and title work. The deposit is fully credited back to you on your closing statement.
