In a nutshell i really didn’t know none of this refinance bussiness,so i was kind of skeptical at first..All i know is now im telling everyone how easy it was to refinance my house..I had nothing but good experience with Rick Diaz and his contact team.Im so glad i dealt with people that wanted to help people,so therefore i will send others towards the TEAM DIAZ.

Justin Buehner was the person I worked with and found him to be very professional and efficient. In addition, he had two female assistants I spoke with several times, and both were very good. No complaints, overall a good experience.

The only thing that was somewhat frustrating was that we ended up having over $900 in unexpected closing costs; but they worked really hard to bring that number down from $1300. Overall it was a good experience to work with Ashley and Jason.

I thought the whole experience was great. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and helpful through all of the stages. I was very happy of how quick the process took and that is what I needed since I was in a time crunch. I have since told many of my friends that if they need any financing needs that they should contact Quicken Loans first and save the hassle of dealing with others.

My sister recommended Mehtap and Quicken Loans to us after we had an excruciating experience with another lender. Mehtap and Quicken were a delight – fast, thorough, professional, friendly, easy to contact with questions and quick to answer them. The closing was IN OUR HOME and at a time convenient to us – I didn’t think this kind of service existed anymore. but at Quicken, it seems to be the norm!
