We were extremely pleased with our Quicken Loan experience. Our loan officer, Tianna Walker, was very prompt in answering our email or phone questions, and followed through on every issue we presented. She even accepted calls on the weekend! We closed earlier than expected, and got a terrific rate.

I did a lot of comparison shopping before deciding on Quicken Loans. They had the best rates and the Upromise arrangement and the fact that I won’t have to pay any closing costs again for future transactions sealed the deal. I was able to navigate through the entire process with great ease and peace of mind. I felt like everyone that I interacted with knew what they were doing and were able to accomodate my schedule. I have already recommended Quicken Loans to friends who are considering refinancing.

Very impressed with the Quicken Loans process. James Arn is great and works hard to make sure everything goes together well. The mortgage processor and all of the Quicken Loans people I dealt with were top notch with service.

Much smoother process than 3 years ago. We were very leary to use Quicken again, but were having such an issue with a streamline refi with IndyMac that we decided to give it a go. Our loan was closed within a month at a lower rate than IndyMac, who had been working on the streamline for 5 months. Thanks Melanie!
