My overall impression of QL is that its a well oiled machine. Everyone hasbeen friendly and totally knowledgable and everyone in on the same pagethis process has been enlightening quick and painless. Jeffrey, Emily andeveryoone i spoke to at QL have far axceeded my expectations. I’m sopleased thank uyou!

The only problem we had was that each time we would submit a requested routine financial or credit statement, Quicken would request more detailed information about it (like source of a bank deposit, terms of my tax-deferred retirement plan etc.). And then they would ask for a couple of more pieces of information and inevitably a couple of more. It seemed that each time I submitted the one or two requested pieces of information, a couple of days later they would want two more. This went on for about 2-3 weeks.

Sometimes the numbers we were originally promised didn’t match with the later ones, but after explanations were made it made sense. The brokers and customer service reps were great.

Other than these hassles, it was a good process.

After shopping around for low interest rates I was pleased with the competitive rates Quicken was able to offer and my loan options were clearly presented to me by Rob Snyder. Even when our house appraisal came back much less favorable then I was expecting Quicken was able to keep the same low rate they promised and keep my monthly payments at the same level as promised, by using lender-paid PMI. (Getting rid of PMI was one of my goals in refinancing.) The small increase in closing costs was a small price to pay to have the peace of mind of a low fixed rate and affordable monthly payments. This was my second time using Quicken and I would definitely return to them in the future.

I was very impressed with the quick return calls I had with any questions and also the update on how the loan process was coming. I got the Interest rate I have every experieced in the 19 years that I have been a homeowner. Carson Kelly worked with me and he was always getting back to me wih answers on questions concerning the monies available to me for paying off a credit card balance. They do live up to their name, it was quick and easy, the fastest loan company I had worked with. Thank you for your great customer service!

You were great – everyone involved was extremely professional and so nice, even the attorney! We closed in approx 10 days from the time I filled everything out the form online – easiest loan I have ever been involved with!! I have also told everyone that I see how easy and painless the loan process was with all of you! You guys ROCK!!

From the 1ST phone call till the day we closed (89)day’s from start to finish,Nathan Ricci put 150% into helping me secure my home loan.He went to bat for me several times,before hours ,after hours,nights,and even made follow up phone calls to me on the weekends.He did what ever it took to help me get my loan.It was a long road but what ever i needed he took care of me.Also on his team there was a young lady,her name was Sarah Lambert,she was also very professional in all aspects of her job.Towards the final day’s before closing i had said to Nathan and Sarah there are only two things you have not asked me for a DNA sample an my birth weight.They both laughed.All said and done if i had to do it over again both Nathan Ricci and Sarah Lambert employed by Quicken Loans would be by far my 1ST choice.Awesome job to both of you.

He made the information very simple and easy to follow, and took the time to explain all the processes involved in refinancing my home loan. Through this process, he has earned and established my trust. He treated me with respect, honesty and courtesy. The loan process has went very smoothly and I am very greatful to have Rick at my side assisting and advising me on what proper steps to take. Stacy McNary was absolutely awesome in guiding me perfectly through a complicated process for me. But Stacy was patient, extremely helpful in every way. I remember one day very vividly working at the local library , with a fax at the information desk, I was on a computer and using my cell phone with Stacy. It seemed like a nightmare to me. But Stacy was very reassurring that I was doing fine. She was very COOL and I really loved and appreciated her more than I could ever begin to express in words! Now it seems so funny and yet miraculous! She’s the GREATEST!
