I have to say that I was VERY nervous when I found out that the buyers of my listing, after having trouble with a local lender, started their loan process with Quicken Loans. I have had buyers in the past that had bad experiences with online loan companies, so I was very pessimistic.
I do have to say that Quicken Loans did everything ON TIME, and they didn’t charge an exorbitant amount of fees to the buyer.
Steve was very professional and delightful. Thank you for the pleasant experience!
