Closing at home was a new experience and is great, but created a bit ofconfusion. Suggest to explain to home owner a bit better.

We have just experienced the best mortgage re-finance ever! We are totally serious about this. I noticed from an add on the internet about the low rates and decided to check it out. Quicken Loans was the first to respond, and her name is Daniella Murcko. She asked the basic questions she needed to so she could check into the best possible rate and told us she would get back to us with 24 hours. True to her word, she did exactly that. She informed us in simple terms what Quicken could offer and asked if we wanted to proceed, informing us of the time frame, paperwork needed, etc. We accepted the offer and everything took place exactly as she said it would, no surprises, no changes in rates or terms, it all went exactly as she stated it would. The next person in charge of telling us what documents were needed was Clinton Riley. We received an email stating all that was needed as well as a personal phone call (Daniella also made phone calls to us which truly added to the personal side of the business deal as well as showing commitment to customers) to be sure we understood exactly what stage we were at and what was to come next. Everything was so smooth from beginning to end, and in 30 days or less!! We have owned several homes and re-financed a few times, and I am truly impressed with the integrity, personalization, and promptness of Quicken and their employees. I would highly recommend this company to anyone even remotely thinking of getting a lower rate, you won’t be disappointed!

Being a first time home buyer, especially in this market, I was nervous and a bit intimidated by all the choices and decisions that faced me. I originally contacted Michael Telekesy of Quicken Loans a year ago when I first entered the market for a house and a mortgage. Michael and his entire team were beyond helpful. My experience with Michael Telekesy and with Quicken Loans could not have been better. In the middle of the house shopping process I switched Real Estate agents and allowed myself to be talked into going with a different Mortgage Bankerâ€¦ long story shortâ€¦ 10 days before my scheduled closing on a house that took almost a year to find, the other mortgage bank backed out of the deal. Panicked, I phoned Michael; even after I had not talked with him in several monthsâ€¦ he acted as if we had been working together the entire time. He and his team at Quicken Loans were able to get my mortgage together in just under 3 weeks. They worked fast and professional to make my dream of being a home owner for the first time come true. I couldnâ€™t be happier with my experience and would recommend Michael and Quicken Loans to ANYONE in the market for a home loan!!! GO Michael!! Go Quicken Loans!!

I had attempted to purchase a home with two other mortgage companies before coming to Quicken loans. The previous companies told me it was impossible and that I would not be approved. Obviously they were wrong because I am officially a homeowner! Quicken Loans did a wonderful job with reducing the stress of a first time home purchase. I absolutely love the speedy service and the e-sign feature is great! They honestly care about their clients and work hard to make things happen and include you in every step of the way. Joslynn Child was fantastic! I was nervous as I could be and Joslynn walked me through every step of the way. I also shopped around and Quicken was confident and did all the work without my having to make appointments and office visits.
We did it! We own our own home!

I’m a first time home owner. John, made this process easy and smooth considering the economy. He answered all my questions and even gave me his cell phone number to call at any time.

He was very helpful and even answered questions that my realestate agent had. He made me feel as though I was his only client. He responded quickly to my calls and emails. He always kept his word. If he said that he would call you back in half an hour with an answer that’s what he did; even if he was just calling to tell you that he was still waiting on an answer from someone else.

I would recommend Quicken Loans to everyone.
