My first contact with Quicken loans was with Jared Plonski. Right from the start I felt as if I had made the right choice. Jared answered all my questions with clear and concise detail. I tried to deal with the bank that held my note but they never called me back. I then tried a local company and they couldn’t give me a straight answer without me filling out several forms. Jared was able to give me interest rate choices, closing cost choices and loan types within the first 10 minutes of my phone call. Through out the entire process I was kept informed and updated. I never had to leave my house except to mail a UPS envelope. Everything was done through the internet up to closing and then I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Donna Nelson, who came to my home so I could sign all my forms.I was also in contact with Stephanie Summer who worked closely with me to make sure the process was handled in a timely fashion. The best part about working with Jared, Stephanie and Donna was that they were professionals that knew what they were doing and had the authority to get things done without having to pass the buck off to someone else. The whole process was quick, efficient and understandable. I like dealing with people that take pride in their job and want to get things done right.

I really never expected them to call me and lower my interest rate but thisis the third time Sandra has called and lowered my interest rate and savedme about !100 a month on my monthly mortgage payment. I love her!

I put off refinancing my house for too long! If I had only known how easy Ron Schlachter would make it for me to do. He gave me all my options, got the best interest rate he could for me and made sure all my questions were answered. I will definately tell my friends and family to go straight to him if they need a mortgage or want to refinance. Thanks Ron and Quicken Loan for a great experience!

Tom Tersigni, Mortgage Banker, processed our mortgage application and was very detailed in reviewing the application. After his review he again read the Quicken Loans requirements for their various loan requirements and then advised us that the VA Mortgage would be our best option and told us the interest rate with the time period it was effective.
As seniors we had special circumstances that required to be addressed in the application process. During the processing of the application questions came up and Tom was immediately helpful in guiding us to what information was required and through faxes and e-mails I sent Tom, immediately put these replies in their system. We discussed the information so he was very knowledgeable of my response and often met with the underwriters to assure they understood the facts regarding my application.
Quicken Loans promptly made a referral for a local realator who was most helpful in the search for the perfect home for our family and successful within a few weeks. Quicken Loans also had the Title Company they use to do the closing which went very well.
Our experience was the best we have had in our lives and recommend them to anyone seeking to obtain the best mortgage available to purchase their home.

Nicole Vanier and Brian Wright did a great job working my refinance. I was prompted when my input was needed and they followed through until the end. All arrangements were set up and scheduled by the Quicken Loans professional, experienced employees. They were able to do what I wanted, which was to refinance at a lower fixed interest rate. I was able to drop two percentage points, a great help to my financial situation. Thank you Nicole Vanier and Brian Wright.
