At first I was hesitant to make deals on line because I could not see the person I was dealing with. Maybe it was because of the way other financial institutions treated me. I tried other places and got nowhere talking to computers all day. With Quicken Loans every question I asked came with an answer. I was even able to call my banker on his cell and would always get an answer within minutes. Quicken loans will definitely be a conversation I will bring up with all my friends.

Because this was our first time to submit our application on line, we had some reservations. In speaking with our account manager, he assured us that everything was private. We were impressed with the follow-through with each representative of Quicken. When we had questions, we were able to reach a real person who soon satisfied our needs.

We almost expected something to happen to delay or stop the procedure.

We still look back at the experience and are so impressed with the professionalism from beginning to end. The notary handling our account was as professional and knowledgable as well.

We have recommended Quicken to our friends and relatives. When we tell our story, they too are amazed how it took place.

Anthony Capobianco began the process and did a great job. Thanks for making, what can be very complicated, a good experience.
