Quicken has the mortgage and refinance processs down to a science. I’ve never had such a professional and smooth transaction and have already recommended to friends and family that for ease of mind, fantastic follow thru and follow up, great customer service and the absolute ease of transaction, Quicken is the place to go. From the date of my first contact to the date of closing took three weeks. Way to go, Quicken.

Because this was our first time to submit our application on line, we had some reservations. In speaking with our account manager, he assured us that everything was private. We were impressed with the follow-through with each representative of Quicken. When we had questions, we were able to reach a real person who soon satisfied our needs.

We almost expected something to happen to delay or stop the procedure.

We still look back at the experience and are so impressed with the professionalism from beginning to end. The notary handling our account was as professional and knowledgable as well.

We have recommended Quicken to our friends and relatives. When we tell our story, they too are amazed how it took place.

Anthony Capobianco began the process and did a great job. Thanks for making, what can be very complicated, a good experience.

A very good company to work with. Their goals are the same as yours. You want a mortgage or refinance, they want to help. They make it very easy and stress free. All you do is answer your phone and they take care of the rest. You do not have to make any calls and they work around your schedule, not theirs. Remember, they are working for you. I never had a question working with Quicken loans. Great Job!!!!
