Everyone we worked with at Quicken Loans was pleasant and had a lot of patience. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable. We were given as many answers as were needed for all the questions we asked. Throughout the process, we were impressed by the speed and efficiency with which the whole process was designed. Our banker was steady and easy to work with. We have a broker we have worked with in the past, but he could not beat Quicken’s rates.

This is one of the easiest processes to obtain a mortgage, refinance, etc. Most of the work is done by phone, fax and email making it very convenient for my work schedule (Quicken even sends a notary to your home after hours if needed.) The loan officer assigned to my account was very knowledgable and worked with me to secure the best possible terms. I highly recommend using this company for your mortgage needs.
