It was nice to be able to look online ant any given time and SEE the progress of the loan without having to bother calling someone. But even when I did call – my team was very helpful to explain what was going on with the loan. We closed within 30 days of submitting the loan application.

Everything went quite smoothly. Initial contact and data collection began right away after completing the on-line application on a Saturday morning. Most of the initial data collection was completed on Saturday and Sunday, which was very convenient for us. We received three rate options to select from. My only concern through the process was not knowing who the loan servicer was going to be until after closing, so we did not know what the availability of on-line account access or on-line payment plan would be.

Everything went very well. Nick Grant, our initial contact, was extremely helpful and turned our application around in almost no time. I have provided his name and contact information to several others interested in re-finance.

The only slight inconvenience occured on the day of closing. The notary sent to close the loan was delayed by several hours. However, I don’t feel this a reflection of poor service, it was simply a matter of too many loans closing at the end of the month.
