My husband had a massive brain aneurisym a yr ago and our income depleted by$ 65,000. I had a huge house payment and working at the hospital and looking like a bleak future(nurses strike)I needed to get a lower house payment. I went online and ended up with Mike Mastrangelo calling me to get the particlulars. By the end of the conversation and time to discuss the conversation with my husband, I called him back and we had a go!
from beginning to end, 3 weeks we had a man sitting at our kitchen table,doing the closing.Mike and I called each other or e-mailed what ever we needed. We laughed and joked and it was a great experience.I know I can call Mike for whatever reason. He wasn’t the only person I talked to, but the headpin of it all. I talked initially to him on a thursday and on Sat, there was an appraiser here. It was all on a roll from there. the last time I refinanced, it was almost 4 months from beginning to end. What a nice surprise this was! I can’t say enough good about Quicken Loans. like I said it should be named Quickest Loans!!!

Our loan advisor was Scott Wirtanen and the entire process was stress free and from took just about a month! We were so pleased by their attention to detail and their professionalism. Since the beginning of my mortgage process, I felt as if I was only customer. In my opinion, Huda has ability to understand clients and look at the issues from their prospective. Huda Saaidi is wonderful person, very professional, yet very friendly and caring. She made the difference in my case, and she is the reason that my dream came through. I would like to extend my thanks and gratitude to care specialist Sarah Lambert, another person that Quicken Loans can be proud of to have as an employee. Michael Foley took care of everything very efficiently and made the whole process easy to complete. We initiated the application on December 4 and signed papers for our new loan on December 31. Everyone at Quicken Loans is professional and courteous. This was an excellent process. Our banker with Quicken was Michael Telesy. He was great. Yes, he was anxious and enthusiatic to close the deal, but he was patient with my questions and provided thorough answers. The whole process was smooth, if not slick. No surprises at closing, and all the documents were provided in plenty of time to review. The terms of the loan were as Mr. Telesy said they would be. Closing was arranged at our home on a saturday at our convenience. The notary that Quicken employed for closing was excellent. I don\’t rememeber his name, but he was patient and did not hurry through the signing process at all. Refinancing was an easy procedure with Quicken that saved us money. I highly recommend.

To be honest, I went into this refinance process through Quicken Loans with some apprehension and much reservation. In all my previous refinancing experiences with other institutions, I was always surprised with unexpected fees and other hoops to jump through.

I would like to say that my experience with Quicken Loans, via Matt Smith, was the most painless and most pleasant refinancing process I have ever been through. I was surprised and amazed how easy and seamless the whole process went. I’m still waiting for the catch. I most definitely would recommend Matt Smith and Quicken Loans to anyone planning on refinancing.
