I’m amazed (and pleased ) with how quickly the process went – it took only 3weeks between my first contact and the closing date. The online processreally worked well, although the were a couple of instances when morepersonal communication would have been appreciated

One of the easiest things I\’ve ever done. The online process, once you get familiar with it, was simple and quick. My personal loan officer helped explain every step of the way. My approval was fast, and the terms were exactly as discussed. I would highly recommend Quicken for their knowledge and professionalism.

I had my reservations about the process by using an online driven system to refinance but in the end I am glad I did it. This would be the only way I’d want to refinance in the future, hopefully with quicken. This does not mean you are isolated to web pages with minimal support. Quite the opposite…they were extremely available, upfront, clear, honest, and extremely quick to respond to any request I had. The online tools they offer to help support the loan process were very sophisticated and definately a differentiator not to be overlooked when considering quicken vs other lenders.

I was a bit sceptical on useing an online bank rather that just going to my personal bank, but I am glad I did. I also read other reviews and some people have had some bad experiences but I figured everyones situation is different. I loved the My Quicken Site where you can check the status of your loan and sign your e-docs whenever needed. My loan process was fast, easy, everything was in order at closing, we were in and out in less than 45min. Also, my wife was pregnant and Quicken worked with us around our schedule to make everything happen! I would recommend them to anyone.

The overall process was pretty simple. I was a little bit nervous about the online signing process but my Mortgage Banker assured me it was simple and it was fine.
