Ok, there are times when I may be quick to judge and I take full responsibility for not understanding the process with a mortgage broker. Subsequently, Cory called me back when interest rates took another dive and I was willing to give him a second chance. He came through with flying colors, delivered a mortgage which saved me an additional $160 per month with no out of pocket expense. In retrospect, Cory kept his promise of being my mortgage broker and looking out for my best interest.

Would I use Quicken Loans again . . . Absolutely! In fact, I am working with one of Cory\’s associates putting together a package for a vacation home. Was I quick to judge . . . yes! Was I displeased at the time I made the prior comment . . . yes . . . but it was due to my own ignorance. Would I give Cory and the team over at Quicken Loans a thumbs up today . . . Yes!

This was my first time doing business over the phone, my first contact with Quicken Loans was Carson Kelly, I was and still am supprised how smooth the process went. My experience with Quicken Loans was excellent and I would recommend Quicken Loans to anyone trying to buy a home or refi. Carson done and outstanding job, thanks for everything.

Our banker, Michael Amine, provided outstanding, knowledgeable, professional and friendly service. Mr Amine answered all our questions with courtesy, even the really dumb questions the poor man had to endure, maintaining poise and providing a smooth, timely satisfying outcome for us. I will certainly be contacting him and him only in the future regarding my mortgage questions.
