Brian Ford and Andrew Laporte were particularly helpful and personable in processing my refinance.
Brian was was first contact. We were able to immediately have a conversation about my needs, how I wanted the loan structured and he assisted me in this with good advice as to what bills I would pay off in my refinance. Follow-up calls were always returned expiditiously, and he was able to allay any concerns I might have had. I always felt there was someone there for me with Brian, even if I just needed reassurance. But he clearly know his business, and could speak with real understanding about loans.
Andrew was equally responsive and prompt on acknowledging receipt of documents, the reasons why something was needed and I was never left feeling that what was discussed would not be carried out professionally and promptly.

Paul made our loan process as painless as possible. He was personable, pleasant and very responsive. When we had a glitch in our closing process, Paul and Jeff worked very hard to smooth out the wrinkle. Even though our process was entirely via phone and computer, Paul was able to connect with me on a personal level, making the process more reassuring. He did a great job and I have already spoken to several friends about the process and definitely recommeded Paul.
