From my first contact I felt that Quicken Loans understood what I was looking for and worked hard to provide it. They were always professional and yet could explain things in a way that I could understand. The communication through the loan process was excellent. Paul made our loan process as painless as possible. He was personable, pleasant and very responsive. When we had a glitch in our closing process, Paul and Jeff worked very hard to smooth out the wrinkle. Even though our process was entirely via phone and computer, Paul was able to connect with me on a personal level, making the process more reassuring. He did a great job and I have already spoken to several friends about the process and definitely recommeded Paul.
