Quicken Loans – Most Painless And Most Pleasant Refinancing Process I Have Ever Been Through

To be honest, I went into this refinance process through Quicken Loans with some apprehension and much reservation. In all my previous refinancing experiences with other institutions, I was always surprised with unexpected fees and other hoops to jump through.

I would like to say that my experience with Quicken Loans, via Matt Smith, was the most painless and most pleasant refinancing process I have ever been through. I was surprised and amazed how easy and seamless the whole process went. I’m still waiting for the catch. I most definitely would recommend Matt Smith and Quicken Loans to anyone planning on refinancing.

I thought the whole experience was great. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and helpful through all of the stages. I was very happy of how quick the process took and that is what I needed since I was in a time crunch. I have since told many of my friends that if they need any financing needs that they should contact Quicken Loans first and save the hassle of dealing with others.

Bryan Wolf really seemed to care and was a sharp and quick thinker and was agile in his work. He checked on things. He really acted as “key man” and was very pleasant.
He is one valuable employee.
I was formerly the President of a large company and I know how very valuable some employees can be. Mr Wolf is a terrific face ( albeit cyber face for Quicken Loans.

I was very suprised at how simple and quick the whole process was. I had tried to re-fi with another company earlier in the year and was told by them that the process would take 2-1/2 to 3 weeks, not so. But with Quicken Loans their operation was very organized and well executed. Their staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

All of the representatives were absolutely wonderful. Not only were they pleasant and speedy, but very knowledgeable with the process and what they were doing. I have never worked with such a team of professionals where everyone knew what was going on. You did not have to retell a situation twice, they knew! Paul made our loan process as painless as possible. He was personable, pleasant and very responsive. When we had a glitch in our closing process, Paul and Jeff worked very hard to smooth out the wrinkle. Even though our process was entirely via phone and computer, Paul was able to connect with me on a personal level, making the process more reassuring. He did a great job and I have already spoken to several friends about the process and definitely recommeded Paul.
