I could not be more pleased, and blessed with my experience with Julie Edwards and her team. She made the whole refinance process easy for me to understnd. She was quite detailed, and very business like, readily available and was able to answer every question I could think of. I felt like she was acting on my behalf, and that we were a team. She was patient and kind until closing. She was extremely knowledgeable, and went over and beyond to make my refinance smooth and easy, every step of the way. I felt like she was my friend, and I was her only client. I salute Quicken Loans for being blessed to have someone of her caliber. My thanks to all of you.

All in all the experience was as painless as getting a mortgage can be. I was particularly pleased with the fact that everything could be done online which eliminated the need to ship hard copies back and forth (like many other mortgage bankers still do).

I have gone through this process many times in my life and it has NEVER been easier than Quicken made it. They keep you informed the whole way through the process so you don’t feel like you’re doing this alone at all. I was completely satisfied and impressed by the ease of it all. Michael and his team really put me in a good place. Everything thay said would happen DID. I got a home loan and am saving money in the process. My wife and I are very pleased and would definitly work with Quicken in the future.

Our loan officer, Tianna Walker, was very prompt in answering our email or phone questions, and followed through on every issue we presented. She even accepted calls on the weekend!
