Working with Gerard Lemionet exceeded my expectations on teh loan process and particularly with Quicken loans. Throughout the process Gerard not only effectively communicated and kept me comfortable, but he was always reachable, always available and did exactly what he said he would when he said he would. This gave me a huge sense of trust that Quicken was the company to work with. Compared to any other lender (note i have had 4 loans with Wells in the past 5yrs), I have never had such customer service throughout the process. Many times you cannot even reach your banker with other large banks/ lenders. A final plus was Quickens effective and consistent communications shown passing information, i.e. when i called for an update everyone and anyone at Quicken had the exact same information. Gerard would place up to the minute communications on the loan and i would see the same status on my quicken website. THIS WAS AWESOME. Thank you Gerard, i definitely would do this over with you in a heart beat, and you have my business commitment for life…..now thats a strong statement but Qquicken leaves me now choice no other bank can compete with Quicken on efficiency and customer service.

When I first started to think of refinance, I went to my bank but there options were very limited; however after discussing the matter with Jared of Quicken Loans, he was able to show me the options that were available. I was able to lock in at 4.25% and that was much better than my current bank. Plus the process was painless and fast.

Michael Foley took care of everything very efficiently and made the whole process easy to complete. We initiated the application on December 4 and signed papers for our new loan on December 31. Everyone at Quicken Loans is professional and courteous. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend Michael Foley and Quicken Loans to anyone interested in refinancing to lower their mortgage payments.

This was an excellent process. Our banker with Quicken was Michael Telesy. He was great. Yes, he was anxious and enthusiatic to close the deal, but he was patient with my questions and provided thorough answers. The whole process was smooth, if not slick. No surprises at closing, and all the documents were provided in plenty of time to review. The terms of the loan were as Mr. Telesy said they would be. Closing was arranged at our home on a saturday at our convenience. The notary that Quicken employed for closing was excellent. I don\’t rememeber his name, but he was patient and did not hurry through the signing process at all. Refinancing was an easy procedure with Quicken that saved us money. I highly recommend.

process was smooth and follow up consistent until day before closing in which I was asked for a copy of my most bank recent checking acct statement which I think should have been asked for by underwriting when submitting my inital documents, especially since I was decreasing the loan amount down to $234k (which was originally requested) from $236K (not sure where that came from)

Your Sr Mortgage Broker, Enrique Leon, was a total professional throughout the refinance process we conducted with Quicken Loans. He and the supporting team ensured that I was both clear and satisfied with all steps of the finance program. When I was confused by the “internet” automatic transaction and information sent by Quicken, Enrique and his team acknowledged the inconsistencies with the closing terms and assured me that our agreements were being upheld by Quicken. When I received the final numbers and the preliminary closing papers, the Quicken team did a great job of follow up and resolution of the (minor) issues. Overall, the process was expedient, and the title rep sent by Quicken was an outstanding person… not expected but greatly appreciated. Overall, would do business with Quicken again, would definitely do business with Enrique Leon again.
