I was very impressed with the professionalism of Rick Diaz. It was obvious he was very knowledgeable and very concerned with meeting my requirements in a refinance. He was also courteous and friendly. The loan went very smoothly. All of the other support personnel were awesome as well. You can tell that Quicken has all the processes in place to respond to their customers in timely & professional ways; nothing was overlooked, no call went un-returned. The whole experience renewed my faith that companies can provide a great product & great customer service, if they really want to! I can’t wait to recommend Quicken to my family & freinds.

In my “Title” I said I was not “Awed, but satisfied”, that is based on the last time we did a refi with you. At that time I was totally awed by the swiftness, ease, and professionalism of the process.
This time you were just as professional, and our “Team” was very helpful, and deligent in seeing to it that we stayed on track. But the many documents seemed redundant and in some cases petty and silly. However; knowing how the mortgage business has recently been under extraordinary pressure and scrutiny it is understandable, but it still seemed a bit overdone.
All in all though, we are appreciative of the professionalism of our “Team”, and thank them and you all for helping us through this.

Searching for a mortgage company was a horrible experience for us discovering Quicken Loans. Our bank’s,(USAA) mortgage department, fumbled the ball from the very beginning ,and almost cost us the loss of our first home. (Due to a lack of experience and professionalism). Al Abadi stepped up to the plate at the last minute,( 9 days to closing) and scored a home run!!! We are very pleased with his work ethics. He was very patient, professional, and persevered until he got the job done.!!!

My original home mortgage was an adjustable rate getting ready to reset for the 2nd time! I tried several banks and mortgage companies looking for help…and frankly I not only didn’t get the help I needed, I was treated very unprofessionally by many of them. I was referred to Quicken Loans by Sallie Mae (their sister company). From the first contact through the signing of the closing documents I was impressed by their professionalism and courtesy. Everything was well explained and if I did have any questions someone was always there to answer it promptly.
