Quicken Loans – The Name Should Be Quickest! Loans.

My husband had a massive brain aneurisym a yr ago and our income depleted by$ 65,000. I had a huge house payment and working at the hospital and looking like a bleak future(nurses strike)I needed to get a lower house payment. I went online and ended up with Mike Mastrangelo calling me to get the particlulars. By the end of the conversation and time to discuss the conversation with my husband, I called him back and we had a go!
from beginning to end, 3 weeks we had a man sitting at our kitchen table,doing the closing.Mike and I called each other or e-mailed what ever we needed. We laughed and joked and it was a great experience.I know I can call Mike for whatever reason. He wasn’t the only person I talked to, but the headpin of it all. I talked initially to him on a thursday and on Sat, there was an appraiser here. It was all on a roll from there. the last time I refinanced, it was almost 4 months from beginning to end. What a nice surprise this was! I can’t say enough good about Quicken Loans. like I said it should be named Quickest Loans!!!

After shopping around for low interest rates I was pleased with the competitive rates Quicken was able to offer and my loan options were clearly presented to me by Rob Snyder. Even when our house appraisal came back much less favorable then I was expecting Quicken was able to keep the same low rate they promised and keep my monthly payments at the same level as promised, by using lender-paid PMI. (Getting rid of PMI was one of my goals in refinancing.) The small increase in closing costs was a small price to pay to have the peace of mind of a low fixed rate and affordable monthly payments. This was my second time using Quicken and I would definitely return to them in the future.

I was very impressed with the quick return calls I had with any questions and also the update on how the loan process was coming. I got the Interest rate I have every experieced in the 19 years that I have been a homeowner. Carson Kelly worked with me and he was always getting back to me wih answers on questions concerning the monies available to me for paying off a credit card balance. They do live up to their name, it was quick and easy, the fastest loan company I had worked with. Thank you for your great customer service!

We closed in approx 10 days from the time I filled everything out the form online – easiest loan I have ever been involved with!! I had attempted to purchase a home with two other mortgage companies before coming to Quicken loans. The previous companies told me it was impossible and that I would not be approved. Obviously they were wrong because I am officially a homeowner! Quicken Loans did a wonderful job with reducing the stress of a first time home purchase. I absolutely love the speedy service and the e-sign feature is great! They honestly care about their clients and work hard to make things happen and include you in every step of the way.
