I did a refi with Quicken Loans last year – this was the easiest and fastest refi I had ever done! I worked with Duane Ehler who was always available to answer any questions I had at any time of day. We completed this in 30 days. It was a pleasure working with him; always professional and knowledgeable and we still stay in touch!

Would recommend, and have recommended, Quicken Loans to many people!

It was great working with rick diaz, he called every friday to ask how i was doing. it made you feel like you werent just a number. He always did everthing he said faster than i thought. He was very helpful with anything involved. All in all i would recommend him and quicken loans to anyone i know.

Working the details and paperwork for a home refinance with Quicken Loans was very easy. Their web-site is extremely easy to use when updating paperwork and determining what is needed next. My loan adviser, Gerard Lemionet, was easy to reach, very responsive, knowledgable, courteous, and patient as I worked to understand the different options and timelines available to me. Unlike another large financial institution I had worked with, Quicken Loans promised to complete all refinance actions and close the loan within 30 days and they kept to their word and did it!

Mortgage refinancing is generally a time consuming, frustrating, and somewhat stressful event; but not so with Quicken Loans. In our history, we have purchased 3 homes and refinanced 5 times among the three homes. Our last experience was refinancing our current home through Quicken Loans and we have never had such a delightful experience with any process of this nature. Quicken Loans made it easy, effortless, efficient and even enjoyable. Our Mortgage Banker, Nathan Ricci, was the icing on the cake. Dealing with Nathan was like dealing with a close friend who cared about the outcome and how it best benefited us. After we closed, we actually missed our talks with Nathan. I would highly recommend Quicken Loans and, specifically, Nathan to anyone in the market for a home mortgage or refinancing.

I checked three new lenders plus my then current lender when I decided to refinance. Tony Bennett at Quicken presented the best offer in the most straightforward way. My first contact was with Rob Snyder, mortgage banker, after I submitted an inquiry online. Rob was knowledgeable, professional and eager to get me started in the process of refinancing my house. When he said we could complete the entire process in less than a month I was skeptical. Well, we actually finished everything in less than 3 1/2 weeks! After Rob got the process started, Mark Stoltz handled all the paperwork and documentation. He was easy to work with and kept the work right on schedule. I would definitely recommend Quicken to others considering a re-fi.
