This is just a note of appreciation for all of the help that you consistently give me in connection with the acquisition of Mortgage Loans.

I have been a Realtor since the late eighties; so you can only imagine how this industry has evolved during the last several years. Heretofore I have had an excellent working relationship with a sole loan officer who had to leave this business due to the lack of business. As a result of her decision; I was forced to seek another Loan Officer. I have had numerous bad experiences with loan officers who had no compassion for the borrowers – they were seemingly only in this business to fleece buyers. That was a sad state of affairs. I have a passion for Real Estate; but it had ceased to be fun – it was now hard labor.

You, Tom, have been a radiant light in what had become a dismal job with a bleak future. You have always been very responsive to both me and the borrowers. I have a tendency to call on Loan Officers for hypothetical “loans.” You have NEVER treated me as if I was an imposition. I have received prompt, courteously superb service from you in any and all situations. The service that you render is beyond incredible. I am so very grateful that you are the professional person that you are. You have helped me to regain the joy of Real Estate.

To be honest I was reluctant to refinance my mortgage trough an online brokerage company. However, one of my coworkers who use Quicken Loans recently to refinance, said that he had a great experience working with Jared Polanski, so I decide to make an informational call.
