My experience with Quicken Loans came about as the result of a conversation with a friend who had used Quicken Loans several times. My first contact was with my mortgage broker, Heather Kroot, who made this experience easy and rather fun, as Heather is a fun kind of person. We both underwent foot surgery shortly after our first conversation and she never neglected to ask me how I was feeling. When I had questions about my re-fi, Heather was always available to offer an explanation and sooth my frazzled nerves. I felt that we had become friends through the 2 1/2 month process. Tara Bingham, who worked with Heather, was also lovely and professional. She repeatedly apologized for “disturbing me”, when she had to check in with me regarding my processing of the various documents needed for the re-financing. There were other people who also helped along the way and although nameless, everyone was very professional and extremely pleasant. There is no doubt that I would recommend Quicken Loans to anyone I know interested in refinancing a home and I would strongly recommend Heather and her team for their assistance.

Thank you so much for a totally awesome experience with my refinance! From the first contact with an agent who was not licensed in my state to the signatures with the notary all was easy and handled with professionalism and confidence at every step.

Bottom line is that he (banker) gave me some great advice

I had general questions about a broker vs a lender and talked with Bill McGreehan for about 15 minutes. He answered my questions and probably prevented me from being scammed or at least having a major issue. Since I refied 1 year ago at a good rate he suggested that I should wait to refi again. The bottom line is that he gave me some great advice. Thanks Bill!!!!Go Cavs!
