I was rather shocked – and very pleasantly surprised – that a company as large as Quicken left me so completely satisfied. In todays global market so many companies see only numbers and this results in cold, impersonal customer service. I even find this to be the case at local banks. It tends to make you jaded. Which is why this was such a gratifying experience for me. “Cold, impersonal service” couldn’t have been futher from the truth with the Quicken team that processed my loan. Granted; turning a profit is the name of the game for any company. But the attention to detail and warm personal service Quicken delivered will ensure that it will continue to turn a profit year after year while it’s cold, impersonal competitors flounder and fail. I would be remiss if I did not single Ranimol out for her handling of my account. This lady is on top of it. I’m hoping that Quicken recognizes this and is compensating her accordingly! Quicken has the formula for continued success. It’s about satisfied customers…and they definitely “get that”.

finding Quicken on the computer made me a little uneasy about an unknown (to me) company. But it turned out to be very satisfactory with no snags or problems.

I have recently utilized Quicken Loans for a refinance. I had used their services for prior refinances, but this last time thought I would deal with another company. Boy, was I wrong. The day that I was going to sign on a good faith estimate (after the company changed their “tune” 3 or 4 times in a period of couple of weeks), a representative from Quicken happened to call. After talking to her for 15 minutes, I realized that I my best interests were not considered by the other company. The Quicken representative was by me every step of the process and was available to call and talk to even when another department was handling the paperwork. I should have know better and not deviated from using Quicken when they have always taken care of my refinance needs in a “quick”, professional, and caring manner. Communications between Quicken and the customer are excellent. Many thanks!!

I had a pop-up come up about refinancing your home. Two companies answered the request for information. Quicken made the best impression. Loan was handled quickly, efficent and loved the fact that you sent notary to us to close. Recommended Quicken to my son and niece and they immediately contacted you and they closed out quickly also. Thanks for a good experience on refinancing. Will certainly use Quicken again.

The team was well organized,trained, and efficient. I’d say the team I worked with,(Sharon Son, and Michele Van Dame) were the most awsome, buisness savoy & down to earth people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! If ever I needed to do any more business I’d definately give them a call! They’re #1 in my Book!!! If I had’ve only known about them sooner!! I’d recommend them to anyone who wants to see timely results and not lose the humanity aspect while doing business. A very good company to work with. Their goals are the same as yours. You want a mortgage or refinance, they want to help. They make it very easy and stress free. All you do is answer your phone and they take care of the rest. You do not have to make any calls and they work around your schedule, not theirs. Remember, they are working for you. I never had a question working with Quicken loans. Great Job!!!!
