I worked as a manager at an escrow company, which was the subsidiary of an online loan company. I am not new to the mortgage industry, nor the online loan processes and I must say I was very impressed with the speed and professionalism of both my loan agent, Todd Jarrold and Quicken as a whole.

I was amazed at the speed to process the refinancing and everything was done within a few weeks. I was kept appraised of the status of the loan and all questions/concerns were answered the same day. Again, very satisfied.

I liked the service I received in the long run, but all the details can bog down the speedy process. If your gonna proceed with a loan make sure you have all your documents in hand before you go forward. I found this helps speed up the process.

Recently closed on a refinance and still in awe at the speed and competency with which the loan was handled. Not only were the rates lower than my bank but I closed 3 to 4 weeks sooner than the bank would have. Also the documentations required from me were minimal saving me time and aggravation. Will never deal with a bank again!
