I had attempted to purchase a home with two other mortgage companies before coming to Quicken loans. The previous companies told me it was impossible and that I would not be approved. Obviously they were wrong because I am officially a homeowner! Quicken Loans did a wonderful job with reducing the stress of a first time home purchase. I absolutely love the speedy service and the e-sign feature is great! They honestly care about their clients and work hard to make things happen and include you in every step of the way. All of the representatives were absolutely wonderful. Not only were they pleasant and speedy, but very knowledgeable with the process and what they were doing. I have never worked with such a team of professionals where everyone knew what was going on. You did not have to retell a situation twice, they knew! I have already recommended Quicken to several of my friends. If I were to do this again, I would definitely use Quicken again. Thank you!

Nick Cliff was an excellant person to deal with. He made this whole process painless. He explained issues to us in laymans’ terms which were so easy to understand. Nick worked for us to get us the best program for our needs, which was greatly appreciated. Having the closing at our house was wonderful and quick. The person was in and out in 25 minutes. The paper work was perfect. I have never experienced such an effortless process on our part to have a re-financing done. I have already told my family and friends about Quiken Loans.
