Quicken Loans has excellent customer service

Why do we keep going back to QuickenLoans? This was the third time my husband and I have refinanced. All we had to do was supply some information and QuickenLoans did all the rest. We liked how we could check the status of our loan on line 24/7 and we closed within 2 weeks. Plus, QuickenLoans has excellent customer service. They are always available to answer our question. Thanks to everyone for making this so easy!

Austin Niemiec was very professional and polite. He really tried to make our loan as stress-free as possible. Everything went very smooth and rather quickly….a pleasure! We will refer our friends and family to him whenever we see an opportunity to do so.

I had attempted to purchase a home with two other mortgage companies before coming to Quicken loans. The previous companies told me it was impossible and that I would not be approved. My enire experience with Quicken Loans was incredibly easy and pleasant. All of the Quicken mortgage specialists that I dealt with were very professional and efficient. The fact that the closing took place in my own home was also extremely convenient . My only concern after the entire process was that shortly after closing I was informed that my mortgage had been taken over by GMAC mortgage co….I’m hopeful that this will not really make any difference overall…I was just somewhat surprised that this occured so soon after closing. Regardless, I would still recommend Quicken Loans to anyone interested in refinancing their mortgage.
