Bryan Wolf really seemed to care and was a sharp and quick thinker and was agile in his work. He checked on things. He really acted as “key man” and was very pleasant.
He is one valuable employee.
I was formerly the President of a large company and I know how very valuable some employees can be. Mr Wolf is a terrific face ( albeit cyber face for Quicken Loans.

We were extremely pleased with our Quicken Loan experience. Our loan officer, Tianna Walker, was very prompt in answering our email or phone questions, and followed through on every issue we presented. She even accepted calls on the weekend! We closed earlier than expected, and got a terrific rate.

Being a real estate agent, I was prepared for a nightmare but ended up with a terrific experience! I was refi-ing my main home along with a rental. Since I sent the mortgage rep several additional names / loans that closed, I was told I would receive a $200 credit. I was disappointed to learn that the $200 credit I should have received was applied to my rental refi which ended up not closing. I’d recommend more buyers / refi’s to this rep if given the chance. Overall, I had a positive experience! And trust me, I’ve seen it ALL in this business!

The loan application process was completed in minimal time and closing was incredibly smooth. The Quicken team was extremely supportive and positive throughout despite the challenges facing the industry. Terrific work!
