I was very suprised at how simple and quick the whole process was. I had tried to re-fi with another company earlier in the year and was told by them that the process would take 2-1/2 to 3 weeks, not so. But with Quicken Loans their operation was very organized and well executed. Their staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

There service is great,as well as the people you work with.As far
as loans go this has been,easy and fast. The people are great and know what they are doing and do it very well. I would use again
