I don’t think I have ever had a refi (or mortgage for that matter) go this smoothly and quickly. What an amazing process. Andy and the staff were responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and simply wonderful. Thank you! You made my life so easy with this!

I don’t know where to begin. I am a divorced, single mother of two children. I was able to get my house in the divorce. I tried every local bank and did not get anywhere. I received an email asking me if I wanted to refinance my house. I thought what do I have to loose, let me try one more time. Within a couple of days starting receiving calls from lenders. I ignored the call being skeptical about banks I never heard of. I received a call from Ryan South. Still skeptical not know anything about Quicken Loans, I gave him a chance. He called me informing me that he would try to help out if he could. He started the application process, within days he got back to me. He told me that I had gotten preapproved. Ryan South, has been wonderful throughout the entire application process with everything from helping me fill out the application process to the end of the closing. WIthout the outstanding knowledge and dedication of Ryan South, this could not have been possible for me to refinance. He has greatly helped me throughout the entire process. Just when I had given up on refinancing my house for myself and my two children, needing to get my mortgage in my name, taking my ex husband off my house, Ryan South was there. I wanted to write the letter letting you at Quicken Loan to let you know that Ryan South is a great asset to your company. There should be more dedicated, knowledge like Ryan South. Ryan has no only helped me refinance my house, he has made this a new start in my life for me and my two children. I now can afford to keep my house. Keep up the great work Ryan!

I will continue to let my friends and family and anyone that I come across the great success that I have had with Quicken Loans. I will also continue to recommend Ryan South of Quicken Loans to anyone wanting to buy or refinance a loan for the outstanding and great work he does. He has made my dream of owing my home a reality. Since the beginning of my mortgage process, I felt as if I was only customer. Huda Saaidi, my mortgage banker, had a professional courtesy and patience to walk me through, step by step, answer all my questions and concerns thoroughly down to last detail, so that I (first time home buyer) can understand the process. In my opinion, Huda has ability to understand clients and look at the issues from their prospective. Huda Saaidi is wonderful person, very professional, yet very friendly and caring. She made the difference in my case, and she is the reason that my dream came through. I would like to extend my thanks and gratitude to care specialist Sarah Lambert, another person that Quicken Loans can be proud of to have as an employee. Sarah guided me and quickly found solutions for any obstacle that I encountered. Also I would like to thank Jason, Elizabeth and every other Huda’s
co-worker and supervisor for giving me opportunity to live the dream.

I had a great experience working with my banker Joe Sarrach and the rest of his team. He helped me to get through the process that seemed endless with so much patience and great attitude. He kept me informed at all times and offered me best solutions for my mortgage needs. If you are a first-time home buyer, you need someone to “hold your hand”, and Quicken Loans were able to provide this guidance and responded to my questions within minutes most of the time. My concern at first was that the process had to be done online and there was no in-person interaction, however I feel like I have built more trusting relationship than I would have otherwise in-person due to our multiple conversations over the phone and e-mail. I am grateful to Joe and Megan Carve, Senior Client Care Specialist/Processor, for this wonderful opportunity to own my first place.
