Too many phone calls and emails. Seems like the 7 or 8 people working onre-fi didn't talk to each other. Why did cost for re-fi go from $0 to $500to $7,000 to $16,000 and back to $0?
Although there were a couple of minor glitches and delays, the service Ireceived from Melissa Ball was excellent - prompt and professionalresponses to emails and voicemail. Same can be said of Grant Hamilton.
